Shop Scoop: Parc Boutique Spring Lookbook

Sometimes, a lookbook is done so well, that it makes you want to jump in and live inside its pages. I probably looked through Parc Boutique's Spring lookbook 23 times....no joke.
My friend Thao not only runs this online and in store boutique, she directed and styled this lookbook.
Talk about multi-talented superstar!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. You can find the lookbook and its featured pieces here.

Shop Scoop: Litographs

 A favorite book and movie of mine is now breaking in the formerly drab neutral walls in our guest room. It will be the leading lady on this soon to be gallery wall. The entire volume II (Cosette) of Les Miserables is written into the poster. These prints above are just a few examples of the classics that are transformed into posters and tee's through tiny words that make up the story.

Litographs.com offers color or black and white variations of your favorite tales in the coolest of art forms. Check out their magnifying glass zoom option to see how the words form the imagery. Its fascinating! Which story would you choose to wear or display on your walls?

P.S. In honor of the new site launching soon, I am going to be doing a fun giveaway on the FB page if you want to come check it out:)

Shop Scoop: The Mini Social

{Oh Dear Drea - Mobiles  // Love Mae - Wall decals and Dinner sets // Hazel Village Dolls Organic Cotton Woodland Creatures}

Like many of you, I rarely by items at retail price. I wait for the steal.
Maybe this is why I am a sucker for pop up deal shops...

The Mini Social started in 2008, was the first members site dedicated to bringing you designer apparel, gear, and toys specifically for mom, baby, and child with flash sales from indie shops and well known businesses. You can tell the site is carefully curated by women and moms who appreciate a unique and fun find. (I kind of squealed over the Hazel Village Dolls!)

You can check out their current deals here.
Enjoy and Happy weekend!

Shop Scoop: Sweet Spot Bags

These are the longitude and latitude numbers to one of my favorite spots that I have every visited: Assisi Italy:) The numbers and letters are actually SUN PRINTED onto the bag!

Sweet Shop Bags has several well known spots ready to purchase, but also customizes clutches to a location of choice to remember in a cool (and kind of secret code) like way. I thought this was such a fun gift idea too for a honeymoon gift, birth place memento, or to remember a special trip.

Unless someone is uber smart and has the entire grid of the world memorized, you will be the only one who knows what these longitute and latitude numbers locate. The city is revealed inside the linking;) When I traveled to Italy, we visited many cities, but Assisi was one that left a big impact on me. (St. Francis is my patron saint;)) Love having this little way of remembering it.

And that is the scoop! Which city would you make this into?

Happy weekend friends!

Shop Scoop: Iristy

{Featured bracelets: Lizou, Czech Fire Beaded Bracelet}

I have a requirement with bracelets and bangles. They can't be too troublesome....too big, to clanky, too noisy....you get the idea. Since I am usually hanging out with my little ones or working on the computer, I need fuss free. This doesn't mean I like to sacrifice my love for accessories mind you;)
This is why I am smitten with my new pieces from Iristy. They fit my small wrists to the tee, are no fuss, and are easy to layer with other pieces. I couldn't get over how quality these lovelies are for the price. I am making this shop a regular stop for birthday gifts. Have a look, and let your jaw drop over the prices:) That's the scoop my friends!
Happy weekend:)
