A little motivation for me to take care of my skin and do my hair more often than once a week;) I really love all the do it yourself scrubs I have been seeing around the web. They are a natural and healthy way to take care of yourself without spending to much money! Double score.

Also, my friends, I promised myself I wouldn't enter any contests for a while but much to my own dismay I spasticly entered Refinery29's "Next Style Blogger" contest! DIY: Hair + Spring Scarves

So simple right? Inspiration for me to actually do my hair once in a while. The majority of the time its in a messy pony or bun. Scarves for spring is a very fun trend in hair right now that I am thankful for. It almost equals my love for headbands as a bad hair day quick fix;)

Btw, its Thursday, that means its okay for you to have a good cup o' joe today to get you through till Friday:)

I am still crazy about this color, and of course Anthropologie has the perfect accessories in this shade.

And I was happy to find some braided inspiration:) I frequent braids quite often...especially on bad hair days. Lucky for me, my husband loves when I wear my hair in braids -yeah he loves my bad hair days?!

We are going to attempt family pictures this weekend in a very spur of the moment decision to do Christmas cards! Wish me luck!

Get Your Hair Dressed for the Weekend

I don't know about you, but something about Fridays always makes me want to wear my favorite shirt or try a new fashion trend. As I was looking for ideas for some new headbands to add to my shop, I found some trend setting celebs who really know how to wear their Hair Wear! Few people can pull off the hippie look, but if its worn with the right headband and the right way it can be classy.  Here are just a few ideas of how you can dress up your hair for the weekend fun. Now if only we had professional stylists like these celebs;)
