So the plan was to catch up with many of you readers this weekend.
But then the sun showed its beautiful face all weekend long and we lived outside. Nothing got done, but I did soak up some QT with my family, enjoy a St. Patrick's Day date with my hubz, watch UK win two NCAA tourney games (holla!!), and finish with Coldstone ice cream last night. A good recipe for a weekend, no? How was yours?? I think the whole nation got a warm spell!
Style Word: Mixing prints take 2 above. I used two shirts of the same color family to mix up a casual look and add some more color and fun to the mix. I challenge you to look at your closet with a new pair of eyes, and see what you can mix up with what you already have! ;)
Also, going to be hosting the True Beauty Files link up posts once a month, so it gives you all time to prepare:) If you have one ready from the past few weeks, link up below, and please refer back to this original post via button or text link! (Email me if you need a different size!
The True Beauty Files:
A lookbook for the modern modeste.
"The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows & the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years."
~ Audrey Hepburn

Sounds like a lovely weekend Anna! Family time is the best! :) We celebrated St-Patrick's day & my mom's birthday with a big bash, it was lots of fun. We also took major advantage of the gorgeous warm (record breaking) weather we had here in Ottawa. Busted out the maxi dresses and flip flops, woo-hoo!! ;)
