I dream of being a sewing genius.

I came across two DIY's this week that made me wish will all my heart that I was a master seamstress....

But alas! I am stuck with my sewing machine that gets stuck everytime I attempt to sew a stitch and my dreams shall remain dreams for now. :) Any DIY that has you wishing you could be a master seamstress?

    Me too!!!! I've tried before but I'm the same...sewing maching gets gummed up everytime. The poufs are fabulous.

    I'm helpless with sewing too! Wish i could do it better for making my own designs or gorgeous DIYs like these ones!

    I'm not a sewing genius, but I am in the process of making my first quilt. Surprisingly it's not been as hard as I would have thought. It just takes patience sewing all the little seams!

    I love that pouf! My sister sews and always is making something amazing and cute and I wish I had the skill! I am in no way a seamstress. Maybe I'll put it on the to-do list for the future...

    I've sewed a Christmas tree skirt and a table runner - but only because a friend who's a great seamstress helped me :-) I'd love to be able to sew cushion covers and curtain, but I have 0 confidence when it comes to using a sewing machine!

    I would love to master the art of sewing, yet another hobby I plan to take up one day. closet space is limited and until I can have a craft room that hobby will have to wait a bit. :)

    I love the poufs! I've been seeing them everywhere and envy any one who can make them!
    As far as sewing I would LOVE to learn and probably should since I have a vintage singer machine that was passed down to me .....
